1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with CreekCare (whether via our online estimator, telephone, email, or text), you agree to the following terms and conditions. CreekCare is a student-run local home services group operating in Ottawa South.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Any price estimate calculated online or provided via email/text is a non-binding estimate based on the property information you provided. We reserve the right to adjust final pricing upon performing an in-person assessment on-site if the actual property scope differs significantly from the description. We will always confirm any pricing changes with you before starting work.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service on the same day. We accept the following payment options:

Unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees or suspension of recurring services.
4. Property Access and Safety
Homeowners must ensure that our team has safe, unobstructed access to the service areas (e.g., unlocked backyard gates, cleared paths). Please ensure that pets are kept securely indoors during our service visit. The property must be free of hazardous waste, animal waste (pet feces), or hidden obstructions that could damage our mowing and cleaning equipment.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
We strive to arrive on scheduled dates. However, due to the nature of outdoor work, service dates may be postponed due to heavy rain, thunderstorms, or extreme weather conditions. If we need to reschedule, we will notify you as early as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Liability
CreekCare is a student team. We perform all tasks with high diligence and care. We are not liable for pre-existing wear and tear, loose siding, dry-rotted fascias, or deteriorated roof structures that may undergo minor damage during routine cleaning (such as gutter clearing). Please report any concerns or property issues to us within 24 hours of service completion.
